Molasses Creek is a beautiful neighborhood consisting of rolling hills and wooded lots in Mt Pleasant SC. It is in close proximity to downtown Charleston. The subdivision offers no amenities but there is swimming and tennis available nearby. This neighborhood is a must see. In my personal opinion this is one of the better spots in Mt. Pleasant due to its location and mature tree scape.
