Text: Mt Pleasant SC. Hi, my name is Bob Brennaman and I’m a realtor here in Mt. Pleasant and a long time resident of Mt. Pleasant. Today we’re continuing on with our series called ASK BOB. And today’s subject is about new construction and we’re covering Snee Farm Village. And Snee Farm Village is located inside of Snee Farm and many of you who have talked with me or listened to some of my other videos over the years will probably know that I like Snee Farm. I like it because there’s so many different ways to get in and out of it. One of the pluses is, at least, in my opinion, is that you have 4 or 5 different ways to exit and all those exits point you in different directions. So it’s good for getting practically anywhere in Mt. Pleasant….the beaches or even getting out of Mt. Pleasant heading to North Charleston, places like that, the way it sets up. There are about 30 home sites that are being developed right up against the club. The club was built in the 70’s. These homes are made to look like neo-classical looking houses. You’ve got these Lowcountry elevated houses, you’ve got the Charleston Singles. The floor plans are open, high end cabinet packages. Some of them have main floor masters and all of them that I’ve been in so far have elevator shafts, so if you need an elevator, that’s definitely an option. The builder is Brightwater Homes and Brightwater built tons on Daniel Island. I personally would buy one of their houses. Good quality and when you walk through these houses…I walk through a lot of these houses and I can sometimes feel just walking around, how well something is built. And these houses feel very well built. And they look great. So you have amenities back there. You have, I think 18 tennis courts, 2 pools, you’ve got the club that you can join that’s right behind you; dining and drinks. And it’s in a central part of Mt. Pleasant. You can be at the beach in about 7 minutes on Isle of Palms. You can be in downtown Charleston, probably in 10 minutes if you time it with the lights and what not. So this is Snee Farm Village.
