All right guys. Bob Brennaman here. I’m a realtor in Mount Pleasant and today we’re gonna take you on a tour of a house that we recently sold here
in Carolina Park. I hope you enjoy the tour. All right y’all, so we’re gonna walk you through a Lennar built house here in Carolina Park that is getting ready to close. And this is a pretty popular floor plan. I’ve sold a couple of these. It also has the option for porches up above me so you can have wrap around porches like double porches. And they’re in here cleaning the final clean on the house so we’re gonna have to work around them but we’ll do that. So come in and to the right we’ve got a bedroom downstairs which is the master. Pretty good size space. A hardwood floor product. Nice-looking tile ‘ginormous’ closet, rain head shower. And again this is like many that we’re seeing now that are not having tubs put in the master. It’s pretty common at this point; use of the six panel doors; nice tall doors. Then we’re into the kitchen area and It’s got the nice open
family room to the kitchen and the dining room. Again they’re in here finishing up cleaning so I’m gonna try and stay out of their way and I will show you in here. It’s got the nice open family room to the kitchen which everybody wants these days. You can kind of see the countertop finishes, gas range, a door that goes out to a screen porch. You’ve got a really large pantry in here, shiplap around the fireplace. And then backyard, nice tall ceilings in these houses and then heading upstairs. Then they have this flex space up at the top of the stairs. Again this is a popular setup these days in the new build houses. I mean I believe this could have been spec to be an extra bedroom but you know most people are liking it as an extra loft area for kids to play in or whatnot. And because this is one of the bedrooms; they’re pretty good-sized bedrooms honestly for the square footage of the house. And then you’ve got a bedroom across the hall. This one’s a little bit bigger than the one I just showed you. Then down the hall we’ve got more bedrooms. So this would be a bedroom, a really long bedroom, but not nearly as wide as the other two, but it does have an ensuite bathroom. A nice size walk-in closet. The laundry room is up on the second floor. And standard is to just have it roughed in. We generally don’t get a
washer and dryer when you buy new construction. And then this is the final bedroom of this house. Looks like they’re still up here doing some work, but you can kind of see very similar; same finishes in the bathrooms throughout the house. You can see the house is completed across the street.
